Happy EASTER folks :)
Taken from this festive day there would not be a more suitable airline name than Eastern for today's model presentation. Gemini Jets released this model six years ago in 1000 units in the not so common scale of 1:250. To are true Eastern Airline fan, this still available for purchase unit, should not be missing from his shelf. As it is well know, Gemini Jets quality and value for money standarts ensures satisfaction. Color scheme is taken from Eastern's 1970's "Hockey stick" colors with the dark and light blue cheatline running over the arcraft windows.

This was built in 1968 as the 350th aircraft from the DC-8 production line with c/n 45983 type 61F (AF). Later under Eastern's fleet was registered as N8768 and further on got two more registrations as leased from Japan Airlines in on June of 1970 and when bought from JAL on October 1975 as JA8057. The aircraft was further on resold to United airlines two years later with registration N8177U. And the story goes on.... As United sold it in 1991 to the Irish Guiness Peat Aviation, converting it to a freighter in 1994 leasing it to Emery Worldwide. In September 2001 it was withdrawn after 31 years of service. It is now owned by Aeroturbine Inc since 2003, probably turned into spare parts.
